Web Hosting India Cancellation and Refund Policy

Web Hosting India reserves the right to suspend, terminate or restrict access to the account at any time with / with out any notice. Any abuse of our staff over phone, email, live support will result in the suspension or termination of your services. In this case no refund will be given for any unutilized credit. Web Hosting India gives you an unconditional 30 days money back guarantee on shared hosting service for any customer who paid the first invoice through our Payment gateway. Payment made through Bank account deposit, Check, or by cash can't be refunded. Instead we'll post that amount as credit in your account.

NO Refund is avaiable for domain registration. Once the domain get registered it becomes yours and Web Hosting India won't have any control over your domain. So in no circumstances domain registration amount can be refunded.

Only first-time customers are eligible for refund. For example, if you've had an account with us before, cancelled and signed up again, you will not be eligible for a refund. Also if you have 2 accounts with us then also you won't be elligible to get refund.

You can cancel your account at any time by sending us a mail from http://www.webhostingindia.co.in/order/contact.php. Cancellation request after the money back guarantee period (Within 30 days of signup) won't be entitled to get refund.
